Responsibilities

• Manage IT incidents from start to resolution while ensuring user satisfaction.
• Provide updates to users on the status of their issues or requests.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects, such as software rollouts.
• Monitor and maintain backup systems to prevent data loss.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in IT processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of IT support experience
