Responsibilities

• Lead structural designs for commercial and residential projects.
• Conduct thorough reviews of engineering documents.
• Collaborate with local authorities and clients for compliance.
• Perform site visits to review construction progress.
• Assist in developing project timelines and schedules.
• Utilize BIM and CAD software for design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in both design and construction projects

Technical Skills

• SAP2000
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with civil engineering projects: Experience in civil projects to understand broader engineering perspectives.
