Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Exhibit Producer to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality exhibitions from conception to execution. The successful candidate will bring strong art direction skills and a creative vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Direct the creative vision for exhibitions and projects.
• Work closely with curators and artists to develop exhibition themes.
• Manage logistics and operations for installation and dismantling.
• Facilitate workshops and events related to exhibitions.
• Engage audiences through interactive and experiential design.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts and collaborators.
• Research and implement new technologies in exhibition design.
• Lead post-exhibition evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote exhibitions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Arts Management or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in curating or producing exhibitions

Technical Skills

• Exhibition Design Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
