We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patient conditions, conducting physical exams, and providing healthcare advice to patients. This role is essential in ensuring high standards of care in our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Manage chronic diseases and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Medication Management

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
