Job Description

We are seeking a passionate General Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. This role involves providing comprehensive medical care to patients, conducting examinations, prescribing treatments, and promoting wellness in the community.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' health conditions and medical history.
• Manage chronic illnesses and preventative care plans.
• Educate patients about health management and disease prevention.
• Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Conduct follow-up appointments to track patient outcomes.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff when required.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Practitioner
