Job Description

Join our growing auditing team in Port Elizabeth as an Auditor. You will play a key role in assessing financial records, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering top-notch audit services to our diverse clientele. We are looking for someone with a strong ethical commitment and a knack for numbers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies.
• Support the engagement team with internal and external audits.
• Assist clients in implementing audit recommendations.
• Document findings and present reports to senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Honours degree in Accounting is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing with leadership experience preferred

Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS): Familiarity with IFRS for global financial reporting compliance.
• Project Management experience: Ability to manage audit projects and interact with various stakeholders.
