We are seeking a skilled Crankshaft Grinder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate grinding machines to produce crankshafts that meet precision specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control crankshaft grinders, ensuring precision in output.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and made necessary adjustments.
• Document production and maintenance logs accurately.
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations at all times.
• Work closely with quality control teams to meet production goals.
• Keep work area clean and organized, maintaining equipment in good condition.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment

Technical Skills

• Polishing Techniques
• Operating Power Tools

Advantageous

• Experience in a supervisory role: Background in leading or mentoring junior staff in a manufacturing environment.
