Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies. This role requires proficiency in both manual and automated testing methods, along with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of software development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Utilize both manual and automated testing techniques to identify and document software defects.
• Coordinate testing activities with the Scrum team to deliver on time.
• Implement and monitor testing processes using test management tools.
• Evaluate product performance and stability based on test results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
• Assist in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies.
• Actively participate in project meetings and support product releases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Relevant QA certifications preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the QA field
