Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop interaction models and design specifications.
• Work closely with other designers and product owners to create cohesive designs.
• Assist in creating materials for user training and support documentation.
• Facilitate workshops to gather user insights and design ideas.
• Prototype and iterate on design solutions based on user testing results.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a related design role

• Sketch

Advantageous

• Experience with design systems: Ability to create and maintain design systems for products.
