Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shipments from point of origin to destination.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with transport vendors.
• Track shipments and resolve delays proactively.
• Prepare shipping invoices and coordinate payments.
• Provide updates to clients regarding delivery status.
• Ensure that all shipping activities align with company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in logistics operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in freight and shipping coordination

Technical Skills

• Logistics Software
• Customs Regulations Knowledge

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
