Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in supply chain management and inventory optimization, focusing on improving our logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supply chain and inventory workflows for efficiency improvements.
• Engage in daily communication with logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Utilise data analytics to identify and solve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships to ensure quality.
• Design and implement inventory management systems and procedures.
• Track and report on key inventory performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in project meetings to discuss inventory and supply chain initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing waste.
• Manage inventory software and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Preferred Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain

Experience

• 5+ years experience in logistics operations or inventory analysis

Certifications

• Logistics and Supply Chain Management Certification
• Global Logistics Associate (GLA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
