We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Development Officer to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our community outreach programs and driving fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Propose innovative strategies for enhancing fundraising.

• Assist in the coordination of community outreach events.
• Establish metrics to assess program impact and success.
• Lead project planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Track progress on grants and funding proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising and community service roles

Certifications

• Professional Fundraiser Certification (PFC)
