Job Description

We are actively seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Pretoria. The candidate should have a deep understanding of psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions. You will provide individual and group therapy, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to contribute to the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological services focusing on a range of disorders.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Offer crisis intervention and emergency psychological support.
  • Participate in professional development workshops.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Review and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate on community mental health initiatives.
  • Document and communicate client progress and outcomes effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology is preferred
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Clinical Psychologist
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical settings
