Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote support to users.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Assist in configuring and deploying new hardware and software.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Create and update technical documentation for support procedures.
Help with the onboarding of new staff in IT-related functions.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in IT Support or related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
