UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions.
• Create mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Evaluate analytics and feedback to improve designs continuously.
• Contribute to team discussions about product strategy and design alignment.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.
• Develop interactive elements for web and mobile applications.
• Provide design support for promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in UX design is advantageous

Experience

• At least 4 years of industry experience in UX design

Technical Skills

• Information Architecture
• Graphic Design

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• UX Certification by Nielsen Norman Group
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with design systems: Prior experience creating and maintaining design systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG): Understanding of accessibility best practices in UX design.
