Job Description

Join our team as a Bookkeeper, responsible for maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. A successful candidate will ensure compliance with laws and regulations and provide ongoing financial insight to support strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and classified correctly.
  • Prepare documentation for auditors and comply with audit requests.
  • Coordinate all accounting & financial reporting activities.
  • Provide assistance to the Finance Manager in budget preparation.
  • Support the training of junior bookkeeping staff and interns.
  • Review and reconcile sub-ledger accounts for accuracy.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Certification in Bookkeeping is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping or similar position
