Job Description

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist in Pretoria to oversee the dispensing of prescriptions, provide health advice, and contribute to patient education. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional care and promoting public health.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense and verify prescriptions in a timely manner.
  • Provide consultation on drug interactions and adverse effects.
  • Ensure all pharmacy operations follow legal and safety standards.
  • Lead health promotion activities and screenings.
  • Conduct medication therapy management for patients.
  • Support pharmacy staff in daily operations and customer service.
  • Implement best practices in pharmacy management and patient care.
  • Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and knowledge base.
  • Document all clinical activities and patient interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of professional pharmacy experience
