Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Healthcare Administrator to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative duties within our healthcare facility, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care. You'll be responsible for coordinating healthcare services, maintaining patient records, and leading administrative staff. This role is crucial to ensuring effective healthcare delivery and enhancing patient experiences in our community.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of administrative staff.
  • Manage the healthcare facility's budget and financial planning.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection compliance.
  • Support the development of strategic goals for the healthcare facility.
  • Enhance patient experience through effective communication.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain for medical supplies.
  • Participate in healthcare compliance audits.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of health programs.

  • Represent the healthcare facility in community health events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
