Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grant Manager to join our dynamic team. The Grant Manager will be responsible for managing the entire grants process, including identifying funding opportunities, writing proposals, managing grant budgets, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research and outline funding opportunities aligned with our mission.
• Draft compelling grant narratives and articulate project goals effectively.
• Ensure all grant applications and reports meet compliance standards.
• Analyze and prepare financial reports related to grant funding.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely submission of grant deliverables.
• Develop stakeholder reports and presentations for board meetings.
• Engage with funders and maintain productive relationships.
• Conduct evaluations of grant-related projects and measure outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops to enhance grant writing skills within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant advanced degree is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in grant management within the non-profit sector.
