Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify client strengths and challenges.
  • Deliver counselling services for individuals and families in need.
  • Organize community workshops to raise awareness of social issues.
  • Advocate for policy changes to support vulnerable populations.
  • Collaborate with local organizations to connect clients with necessary services.
  • Maintain detailed and secure documentation of client progress.
  • Adjust treatment and intervention strategies as circumstances change.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in social services
