Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Analyst in our Johannesburg office, you will protect our organization against cyber threats. You will analyze security incidents, run vulnerability assessments, and recommend security improvements. This position is vital for maintaining our integrity and trust with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of security measures and controls.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on cybersecurity awareness.
• Manage and investigate security breaches and threats.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when necessary.
• Maintain documentation related to security policies and incidents.
• Support audits and compliance efforts relating to cybersecurity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity space
