Job Description

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to drive project success in Johannesburg. You will be tasked with managing the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations and managing budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report on project status.
• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site.
• Implement effective risk management strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of project management experience in construction
