As a Cybersecurity Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll be tasked with identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions that bolster our security posture. Responsibilities

• Identify potential cybersecurity risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage security audits and compliance checks.

• Generate periodic reports on the status of cybersecurity initiatives and incidents.
• Work with outside vendors and consultants to enhance cybersecurity implementations.
• Participate in security awareness training and education for staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with hands-on skills
