Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist at Tech Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing excellent IT services. Your responsibilities will include assisting users with technical problems, managing our IT systems, and contributing to projects aimed at improving our overall IT performance. Responsibilities

• Perform regular updates and backups of IT systems.
• Monitor IT systems and report on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with IT Manager to establish support goals and processes.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Educate employees on best practices regarding IT security and safety.
• Develop and maintain documentation for user guides and FAQs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Any further IT certifications would be an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support roles

• Linux Operating Systems
