Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs by connecting the dots between business goals and user needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, wireframing, and creating high-fidelity prototypes to enhance the overall user experience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution.
• Transform complex ideas into simple, attractive user interfaces.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to define user journeys.
• Create engaging and intuitive interactions that enhance user experience.
• Document design specifications and guidelines for development teams.
• Review and provide feedback on design deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze analytics data to inform design decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Sketch
• InVision

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile and web applications: Hands-on experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments.
