Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tax returns for various tax obligations.
• Ensure compliance with South African tax regulations.
• Advise on tax implications of business decisions.
• Conduct research on tax laws and updates.
• Assist in tax audits and liaising with tax authorities.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation that may affect the company.
• Provide educational training for staff on tax compliance issues.
• Collaborate with finance team to streamline tax processes.
• Prepare reports and analyses on tax-related topics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in taxation or finance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
