Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst in Sandton, you'll work on a variety of transactions, providing analyses and supporting senior executives in pitch book preparation and client communications. Your key responsibilities will include financial modeling, industry research, and the evaluation of market opportunities, making this a vital role within our financial services team.

Responsibilities

• Engage in market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Assist with the evaluation of various company valuations and precedents.
• Support senior management in their client meetings by preparing comprehensive reports.
• Contribute insights during brainstorming sessions for new business pitches.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or consulting
