Job Description

The Buttoner is responsible for creating and attaching buttons to clothing articles through the use of various tools and techniques. This role requires attention to detail and precision, ensuring that every button is placed perfectly.

Responsibilities

• Attach buttons using efficient techniques to various fabrics and garments.
• Monitor the buttoning machine for any issues and troubleshoot as needed.
• Keep track of stocks for buttons and required materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and updates.
• Assist in training new team members on buttoning processes.
• Perform quality checks on finished products before they move to the next production stage.
• Adapt to different types of buttoning techniques as required by garment specifications.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in textile or apparel production environment, especially in buttoning.
