As an Occupational Therapist in our facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with physical and mental health challenges. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will assess individual needs and design personalized therapy programs aimed at enhancing functionality and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess the environment for patient accessibility.
• Design therapeutic activities and programs to address specific needs.
• Assist patients in using adaptive equipment effectively.
• Evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of patients.
• Facilitate support groups and workshops for patients and caregivers.
• Maintain a professional relationship with patients while ensuring confidentiality.
• Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical settings
