Job Description

As a Product Designer at DesignTech Solutions, you will leverage your creativity and design acumen to develop user-centered products. Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Lead design workshops and facilitate discussions around user experience.
• Analyze website metrics and user feedback for continual improvement.
• Prepare design specifications for handoff to engineering teams and conduct design reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Master's degree in UI/UX design is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI with a focus on product design

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Adobe Certified Expert

Languages

• English: Fluent
