Job Description

As a Clinical Trials Coordinator, you will manage all phases of clinical trials, from initiation to close-out. Your role includes coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to timelines. We seek an organized professional with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the medical research field.

Responsibilities

  • Execute trial protocols and ensure adherence to GCP standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for trial-related inquiries.
  • Facilitate meetings with regulatory bodies and ethics committees.
  • Draft and review study materials and protocols.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare findings for presentations.
  • Ensure participant confidentiality and informed consent.
  • Maintain training and competency records of trial staff.
  • Evaluate trial processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with the management of adverse events and incident reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Clinical Research
  • Certification in Clinical Research may be beneficial

  • 3+ years of direct experience with clinical trials
