Job Description

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a critical role in our project management team, responsible for implementing effective control processes that drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project control strategies.
  • Analyze project performance and provide insights for improvements.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders about project status and changes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate meetings to align project teams on objectives and progress.
  • Generate and present performance reports to upper management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and legal standards.
  • Engage with contractors and suppliers to ensure project needs are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project controls, specifically in the South African construction industry.
