Job Description

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who is well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves supporting clients with administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Set up and manage online systems and tools.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate online events and webinars.
  • Generate invoices and handle accounting tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
