Responsibilities

• Assess staffing needs and participate in the recruitment and selection process.
• Create and maintain store schedules and ensure adequate coverage.

• Develop action plans to address sales challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure that all employees are trained on product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in managing a retail store
