Job Description

We are searching for an E-commerce Manager who is passionate about online retail to lead our digital sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and a knack for utilizing data to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPIs for e-commerce performance and track against these benchmarks.
• Enhance relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and consumer preferences.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on e-commerce best practices and tools.
• Lead efforts in SEO and SEM to improve visibility on search engines.
• Manage budgets for e-commerce activities and ensure adherence to financial targets.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing management

Technical Skills

• Social Media Marketing
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
