Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure high system reliability and performance across our applications. This role involves proactive monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning to keep our services running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance cloud infrastructure for system optimization.
• Actively monitor performance metrics and respond to any anomalies.
• Work with development teams to implement changes that improve reliability.
• Manage incident responses and maintain incident management protocols.
• Engage in service level management and enforce reliability standards.
• Conduct regular system health checks and backups.
• Enhance deployment pipelines for continuous integration.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
• Lead discussions on reliability and performance enhancements.
• Train staff on DevOps practices and reliability improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant technical disciplines
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps

Technical Skills

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
