Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to enhance patient care at our Pretoria location. The successful candidate will provide medication counseling, manage prescriptions, and contribute to our community health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety by verifying prescriptions before dispensing.
• Conduct medication reviews and assist with adherence strategies.
• Engage with patients to promote health and wellbeing.
• Manage drug utilization review processes.
• Implement clinical pharmacy recommendations for better outcomes.
• Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Lead patient education programs and community health initiatives.
• Keep abreast of new pharmaceuticals and therapeutics in the market.

Requirements

Education

• PharmD preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of diverse pharmacy experience

Technical Skills

• Clinical Pharmacy
• Medication Therapy Management

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
