Job Description

We seek a skilled Actuary to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for analyzing financial risks and providing strategic guidance to our clients. The chosen candidate will execute comprehensive studies to assess potential risks and help develop appropriate solutions that mitigate those risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to inform actuarial models and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and critique actuarial and financial reports for stakeholders.
• Provide expert consultancy on risk management solutions to clients.
• Support regulatory compliance by preparing required documentation related to financial forecasting.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing activities and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Statistics
• Qualified Actuary preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or finance sector
