Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Display Manager to oversee our merchandising initiatives in Johannesburg. This role involves designing and implementing visually appealing retail displays that capture customer attention and enhance the shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail merchandising, creative design, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual merchandising team to create stunning product displays that drive customer interest.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seasonal promotional events.
  • Ensure consistency in visual standards across all store locations.
  • Utilize market research to inform display strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop timelines and schedules for display installations and updates.
  • Coordinate with external partners for product launches and special projects.
  • Budgeting and expense tracking for visual merchandising materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management
  • Additional qualifications in design or marketing are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or merchandising roles
