We are seeking an Aerospace Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves designing and testing aerospace products, focusing on innovative solutions and improving performance and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in aerospace systems, structures, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Utilize advanced analysis tools for performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with other engineers to refine designs.
• Stay current with advancements in aerospace technology.
• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Conduct root cause analysis for engineering issues.
• Facilitate training sessions on new technologies and tools.
• Support client engagements and project pitches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in aerospace design and analysis
