Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Motor Setter to join our dynamic team. The Motor Setter will be responsible for setting up and adjusting machinery and equipment used in the production of motors. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and experience in motor assembly and setting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and adjustment of motors successfully.
• Interpret blueprints and operational guidelines effectively.
• Calibrate and optimise components for peak performance.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks.
• Proactively troubleshoot machinery problems.
• Ensure a tidy and organized workspace at all times.
• Work collaboratively to streamline production workflows.
• Follow all company safety guidelines.
• Participate actively in ongoing improvement efforts.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Advanced certifications in automotive technologies preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in related roles is required
