Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play an essential role in maintaining our IT systems and supporting our staff. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, offering user assistance, and working with team members to implement new technological solutions. Responsibilities

• Interface directly with users to diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems.
• Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access settings.
• Assist in network maintenance and support activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated IT issues.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage asset tracking.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Additional IT certifications (e.g., CCNA) are preferred.

Experience

• 3-4 years in an IT support role with demonstrated growth
