Job Description

As a Financial Analyst at our Johannesburg office, you will be responsible for enhancing financial reporting processes. Your role will include conducting variance analysis, preparing financial models, and collaborating with different departments to support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports to aid management decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting by maintaining detailed records.
• Evaluate current financial procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with accounting to ensure proper reporting and analysis.
• Develop presentations for senior management on financial forecasts and analysis.
• Participate in financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in financial planning and analysis

• CFA Level 2
• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
