• Prepare and analyze key financial metrics for management review.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures.
• Prepare year-end financial statements and evaluate financial performance.
• Assist in developing financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Oversee capital expenditure and asset management.
• Provide input for strategic business decisions based on financial performance.
• Conduct market research to align financial strategies.
• Develop financial forecasting and modeling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Honors degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a financial analyst role

Technical Skills

• Excel Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
