Job Description

As an Architect, you will engage in various projects, working on the intricate details of design and project management. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a passion for innovative design and sustainability. You will be expected to influence design innovation while ensuring project delivery within stipulated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project drawings using CAD software.
• Lead design discussions and share ideas during project meetings.
• Interact with clients to obtain feedback and make necessary adjustments.
• Implement sustainability measures in architectural planning.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses for projects.
• Assess site conditions and prepare site analysis reports.
• Train and guide junior staff in architectural practices.
• Ensure quality control at each stage of the design process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of diverse architectural experience
