Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform strategic decisions.
• Guide clients through complex financial landscapes and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing documentation for due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial services
