Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from ideation to final implementation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user testing to refine design strategies.
• Work alongside developers to ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Utilize analytics tools to understand user behavior and recommend improvements.
• Participate in design critiques and product strategy sessions.
• Mentor junior UX designers and share best practices within the team.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Professional certifications in UX design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in digital product design with a strong portfolio of past work
