Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving production processes, enhancing quality control, and implementing efficient manufacturing strategies. You will work closely with our engineers and management to drive innovation and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize layout of production facilities.
• Drive initiatives for waste reduction and resource conservation.
• Develop performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
• Foster communication between departments to enhance collaboration.
• Monitor industry best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new equipment and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
