Job Description

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality standards of our products. You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and documenting the quality of products to ensure they meet both internal and external requirements. Your keen eye for detail and methodical approach will help uphold our reputation for excellence in quality control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on overall quality performance and trends.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement based on inspection results.
• Assist with root cause analysis of quality failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and assist in preparing documentation for audits.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Quality Management or related field
• Certification in Six Sigma is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role
