Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pickle Pumper to join our production team. You will be responsible for pumping and transferring pickles into jars or containers, ensuring quality control, and keeping a clean work environment. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in food production and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper flow and quality of pickles during processing
• Handle equipment faults and troubleshoot issues on the spot
• Implement health and safety measures in daily tasks
• Contribute to efforts aimed at reducing waste in the production line
• Assist in the development of new recipes as needed
• Work closely with quality control staff to maintain product standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Help in inventory tracking and management
• Take charge of shift changeovers and handovers
• Maintain documentation of production logs and reports

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Experience in food production or processing is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Operation Certification: Certification in safe operation of forklifts for warehouse management.
